The name Monarchs reflects both transformation and quality, from dough to pretzel, and from pretzel to unique sandwiches not commonly found in New York.

As a popup, our mission is to meet the people of NYC where they are - at public events and markets to give them a taste of something unique. We hope you love the sandwiches as much as we do, and hope we can grow to provide even more delicious food!
